the hotel also accomodated a late checkout request for us this service was really useful.
the location is slightly away from main public transport there were also some flies in the bathroom the plugs are not near the desk or bed there is no hook to hang clothes in the bathroom.

The hotel offered a free shuttle to the main road. This was really helpful. The pool was great, and I appreciated the friendly staff. I was upgraded to a suite with a beautiful city view and a balcony on my last night. It was a lovely surprise. The bed was huge and super comfortable!!!

the room was spacious it felt more like a home. the swimming pool was nice there was also a sauna. staff members were friendly they were helpful all the time.
the location is quite far from main public transport that is the underground. the room wasn't clean it probably had a weird smell and the sheets were dirty. the air conditioning was really noisy the room got hot very quickly if it was turned off.

I loved the size of the rooms and the facilities in the room. The breakfast was also great. It had many options.
I did not like that the double bed was two mattresses put together. It was very uncomfortable and there was a separation between the two. The pool was very cold so it was difficult to swim in it.
